Returns and Exchanges

We hope the pieces you choose will be cherished for many years. Should something not be quite right, please see our returns policy below.

We accept returns for orders placed with Oscar & Patch within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, together with a copy of the invoice or receipt.

​

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on items personalised to your specification, including those embroidered with a monogram, name or initials. This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose.

​

For hygiene reasons, socks and hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

​

We do ask that all items are returned to us in perfect condition in their original packaging if you wish to return your purchase.

​

We will not accept returned products without their original packaging, labels, tags, relevant seals and dust bags, or products that have been worn, damaged or otherwise altered from their original condition.

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange return postage, as we do not currently offer a returns service. We

recommend that you send any returns using a trackable postal service. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.

 

We can only refund return postal costs if the item is faulty. If this is the case, please obtain proof of postage in order for us to refund the cost to you.

We do not currently offer free returns or exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order.

Once your returned goods have been received, we will examine them within a reasonable period and notify you by email of the outcome. We will send you a confirmation email within 14 days. Your refund will then be processed.
