DELIVERY & RETURNS INFORMATION

Thank you for shopping with oscarandpatch.co.uk, and to show our appreciation, we are delighted to ship a little piece of British style wherever you are in the world.

 

We deliver to more than 230 worldwide locations in addition to the UK, islands and highlands.We regretfully do not deliver to BFPO or PO BOX locations. ​ ​​​We offer free UK standard delivery for orders over £100 .

Orders will be processed by the time and date received. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

​Orders placed before 12pm GMT Monday-Friday will be sent out the same day and will otherwise be dispatched the next working  day, Purchases made after 3pm (UK time) on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.​

Made to order items will have longer lead times and delivery will be stated on the product information page.​​​​Please allow an additional 5 working days for delivery of monogrammed items.

​Deliveries from brand partners will be stated on the delivery information page of each product. There may be an additional charge and delivery times for our brand partners deliveries. If you are unsure or would like more information, please contact our customer support team at info@oscarandpatchco, uk for further assistance.​

If an item is too big to be shipped by Royal Mail Europe and International tracked, one of our courier partners will deliver it.

​Please note: An import broker may send you an invoice for import duty or VAT/tax fees directly; this is the customer's responsibility. Before finalizing your transaction, we advise you to get a landed cost quote from your local customs department.

Disclaimer: All of the above delivery options are subject to stock availability. If the item is temporarily out of stock and we are unable to dispatch the order to you immediately, one of our customer support team will contact you to discuss your order further and your available options.

If your item is out of stock for a significant period, we will, of course, be happy to offer you a full refund of the item.Delivery may be delayed due to situations beyond our control, for example, adverse weather conditions or an increase in demand.

To receive your order in time for Christmas 2024, please place your order by 20th December at 01:00 pm selecting Royal Mail Tracked 24® .Please note this does not apply to me to order items.

All orders come in the distinctive modern vintage style of Oscar & Patch, and they are shipped in discreet, eco-friendly, non-branded outer packaging. Some orders also come with signature gift bags made of 100% cotton that are reusable, sustainable, and completely compostable. RETURNS INFORMATION

We do hope you are delighted with your recent purchase or gift. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund.

 

We accept returns for orders placed on oscarandpatch.co.uk within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ 

For the avoidance of doubt, we do not accept returns in relation to sale items and bespoke items made to your requirements. For hygiene reasons, socks and hair accessories are final and cannot be returned.

​Please contact us at info@oscarandpatch.co.uk if you wish to return wicker homeware or a bed frame. Our team will handle this on your behalf. Please do not return them to the address listed below, as we will not be able to accept them and will return the goods to you.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange it for. However, we do have a 14-day return policy in place.

OUR RETURNS POLICY 

The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt; the return is at the customer’s expense. All items must be returned in unused, perfect resalable condition, including (but not limited to) no signs of wear and tear, damage, soiling, evidence of dry cleaning, signs of washing, altering, or repair. We have the right to refuse anything returned damaged or not in its original packaging

Products must be returned (for refund) in the original undamaged packaging, including all original labels, tags, lampshade cellophane wrapping, and dust bags, which were provided with your product by us upon completion of your purchase, save for any outer packaging used for the purposes of transit, by way of example, a postage box. It is the customer's responsibility to return the goods. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to arrive.
